🔑 Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling & onboarding
* Maintain accurate HRMS & employee files
* Assist with payroll inputs – attendance & leave tracking
* Coordinate training, performance reviews & engagement activities
* Handle employee queries on HR policies & benefits
* Draft HR letters – offer, experience, confirmation, etc.
* Support HR audits, compliance, and reporting
* Help organize company events, wellness programs & internal communication
🎓 What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or similar
* 0–2 years of HR/admin support experience (internships count!)
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented, discreet & professional
* Comfortable with MS Office & HR software/tools
* Basic knowledge of HR functions & labor laws
