🔍Our Expectation: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee – HR & Operations to support various functions such as employee engagement, communication, vendor coordination, and HR data management. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and a willingness to learn and grow in HR & Operations.
🚀Responsibilities :
● Assist in maintaining operational reports such as employee databases, attendance records, and engagement dashboards.
● Support Amazon voucher tracking and distribution for employee events (birthdays, anniversaries, R&R, etc.).
● Help coordinate the background verification process and maintain relevant documentation.
● Assist with tracking attendance during internal events and preparing summaries.
● Draft and format internal email communications with guidance from the HR team.
● Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, training sessions, and events.
● Help with ID card issuance, employee photo collection, and basic vendor coordination.
● Support campus recruitment coordination – scheduling assessments, interview follow-ups, and record maintenance.
● Assist in tracking accommodation for employees during Work-from-Office weeks.
● Learn invoice verification process for employee reimbursements and support in documentation.
● Participate in planning and executing monthly employee engagement programs.
● Assist in policy documentation, formatting, and tracking compliance.
● Work with the team on coordinating small-scale club activities and celebrations.
🌟Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
● Basic understanding of HR operations or administration through internship/projects.
● Interest in data handling and basic exposure to MIS tools.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge of formulas, sorting/filtering, formatting).
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
● Strong attention to detail and time management.
