Salary : 25k pm inhand + 3600 pf pm + 5L Insurance benefit + both ways cab candidates residing within 25kms of radius from Dexian Chennai location

Job Description
The primary focus of the Quality Control Associate/Operation Support role will be to support the Resume submission process
Time and venue
19th Aug, 2.00 PM - 5.00 PM
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Fast learner/ attention to detail/ ability to quickly identify the error.
Experience
Fresher with good acumen towards analytical skills & ability to comprehend the system and fast learner
Ability to work in a high paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work from multiple projects.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Computer proficiency as well as the ability to understand various applications use in recruitment
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality checks on all resumes submitted by recruiters on a daily basis
Ensure timely completion of reviews and tasks as assigned.
Document all the transaction & report the same on daily basis
Identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
Identify anomalies while checking the resume & submission escalate the same on timely manner
Must be comfortable to work in a US time zones (night shift) as per the supporting client
