Roles & Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
hiring managers
Handle follow-ups, selection process 8 onboarding
coordination
Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
Manage bulk hiring for entry-level roles when required
Support HR initiatives and employer branding activities
Skills Required:
Good communication 8 interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment cycle
Proactiveness and willingness to learn
Ability to handle deadlines and multitask
