Job Title: Event Sales Specialist

Experience Required: 4 – 6 Years in Event Sales / MICE / Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and event sector.
Promote and sell event management, MICE, and travel solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, and vendors.
Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close profitable deals.
Collaborate with the event operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and client database.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (preferred).
Proven experience in event sales / MICE / hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities and client relationship management.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.
Knowledge of event logistics, travel packages, and venue management will be an added advantage.
