📍 Location: Noida | Hybrid Work Model

💰 Salary: Up to ₹40K CTC PM

👩‍💻 Experience: 1–3 years (Corporate Background Preferred)

🔹 Manage & track daily hiring reports from recruitment teams

🔹 Analyze team productivity & identify loopholes

🔹 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dashboards

🔹 Ensure data accuracy & timely submissions

🔹 Support recruitment operations & performance tracking

🧠 You Should Have:

✔ Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboarding)

✔ Solid understanding of recruitment workflow

✔ Sharp eye for details & data accuracy

✔ Experience in corporate Engineer/Recruitment Ops
