🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Discipline)
🕒 Experience: 0–12 Years (Freshers & Experienced Professionals Welcome)
What You’ll Do:
✅ Support employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit
✅ Address grievances, conduct employee counseling & conflict resolution
✅ Drive engagement initiatives and retention strategies
✅ Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
✅ Partner with business teams to create a positive and productive culture
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Problem-solving attitude and empathy
✔ Basic understanding of HR policies (for freshers)
✔ Strong ER/HRBP exposure for experienced candidates
✔ BPO/Service industry background preferred (not mandatory for freshers)
