Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and on board D2C Brands, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. The daily tasks include Identifying D2C Brands in NCR, Onboarding the D2C Brands, market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring industry trends and providing insights to improve business performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Business development, negotiating, and client relationship management skills
Should have experience in on boarding D2C clients for courier companies
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain processes is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development for courier Companies.
