Job Description:
ALOIS Solutions is in search of a dynamic Associate Technical Recruiter to join our Vadodara office.
The successful candidate will have knowledge/experience recruiting in the IT sector, demonstrating a firm understanding of various technical roles & skills.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify job openings & the technical requirements for each role.
Sourcing, screening & interviewing potential candidates.
Utilizing online job portals, social media & professional networks to attract candidates.
Ideal candidate has:
Outstanding communication & negotiation skills.
Knowledge of HR systems & databases.
Strong decision-making skills.
Prior experience in technical recruiting is good to have.
