You should have:
🎯 1-2 years of experience in Engineering/Technical & Non-Technical recruitment
🎯 Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing & ATS platforms
🎯 Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills
🎯 Post Graduate/Graduate in Engineer
