Location: Indore (work from Office)
Requirements -
Graduation/Post Graduation is Mandatory
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Experience of at least 1-2 Years in Operations.
Roles & Responsibility:
Excellent in advance excel
Take care of HR & Admin Duties.
Onboarding & Offboarding of the Employee.
Induction of the new candidates.
Management of Attendance & Leaves of Employee through HRIS Software
Create various Reports as per the Requirement of the Company
Dealing with vendors at the time of events in the Company.
Employee Engagement And RNR.
Hands-on with HRIS Software like - Keka, Zoho, myHRMS Etc.
References are Highly Appreciated.
