What You Will Work On
Designing and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum / Polygon / BNB Smart Chain
Building secure, scalable dApps with Ethers.js / Web3.js + React / Next.js
Integrating wallets, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), & DeFi components
Working with IPFS, Chainlink Oracles, The Graph & Layer-2 networks
Writing testable, gas-optimised Solidity code using Hardhat / Foundry
Contributing to tokenomics, DAO logic, staking & governance workflows
Collaborating with UI/UX, backend & product teams for end-to-end launches
Staying updated with emerging Web3 tech — ZK-rollups, cross-chain bridges, AA wallets, etc.

Strong hands-on experience in Solidity and smart contract development
Knowledge of EVM chains, token standards, security patterns & gas optimisation
Experience with Web3.js / Ethers.js / Node.js / TypeScript
Familiarity with Hardhat / Foundry / Truffle / Remix
Ability to integrate wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Ledger, etc.)
Understanding of decentralised storage (IPFS, Pinata, Filecoin)
Git, CI/CD familiarity, clean code practicesBonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But Valued)
Rust for Solana smart contracts
Experience with zkSync, StarkNet, Arbitrum, Optimism
Knowledge of DeFi models (staking, liquidity pools, AMMs, bonding curves)
Experience with security audits, tools like Slither, MythX
Contributions to open-source Web3 repos or hackathonsWho Will Thrive in This Role
