Responsibilities:
Screen applications and select candidates for various skill levels viz entry &, mid categories
Conduct interviews via various modes like face to face, telephonic, skype etc.
Plan and implement recruiting events and sourcing activities viz walk-in drive, Job fair, on-off campus & pool campus drives
Administratively track, trace and oversee all Talent related actions on Precision HRMS portal from candidate registration till exit process.
Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related questions and concerns
Branding / Proactive Talent Pipelining
Collaborate with Leadership, hiring managers and other functional leaders to accelerate the screening process
