What You’ll Do
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements
* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
* Follow up for feedback and offer closures
* Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS updates
* Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in RPO / Consultancy / Corporate recruitment
✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills
✔ Ability to handle multiple positions in a fast-paced environment
✔ Good communication and stakeholder management skills
