🎓 Qualification: MBA / MSW (HR Specialization preferred)

Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules.
• Assist in employer branding, campus drives, and career fairs.
• Learn and adapt to recruitment systems, job portals, and HR tools.

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in recruitment & HR functions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) will be an added advantage.
