Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various client mandates
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with both clients and candidates
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful hiring outcomes
Desired Profile
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle clients and deliver quality results within deadlines
Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to excellence
