Job Description
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our QA team as Trainee Manual Testers. The selected candidates will be trained in software testing concepts, QA methodologies, and tools, and will assist in ensuring product quality across multiple platforms and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Understand project requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand and resolve issues.
Execute test cases and record results in alignment with test plans.
Participate in review sessions and contribute to improving test processes.
Assist in preparing test summary reports and documentation.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Must have completed training in Manual Testing from a recognized institute.
Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
Knowledge of different testing types (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, UAT).
Good analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of SQL and testing tools (added advantage).
