Position: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Full Time (Onsite)
CTC: Upto 7 LPA
An Ideal day as a performance marketer would include following:
End-to-end Planning, executing & managing digital paid Ads including; Search Engine Marketing ads, Social Media Ads, Quora Ads, Bing Ads etc
Must be good with numbers. Can do day-to-day number crunching. Ability to convert numbers into useful business insights and share the same with multiple stakeholders in the Organisation
Use analytics data and lead tracking to optimize campaigns and constantly improve results
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Coordinating with cross-functional team members to get the work done
Skill sets required to be a successful as a Performance Marketer are:
At least 3-5 Year of experience
Understands how digital marketing functions. Hands on experience in running performance based paid campaigns. SEM and SMM is a must
Must have handled large budget efficiently
Must have understanding of Analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Trends, Excel, Power BI etc
Good to have understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Self-motivated attitude; one who can work alone and in team
Ability to work in tight deadlines
Strong analytical/ logical thinking
