We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.
Experience : 1 to 5 years
Location: Chennai - Kilpauk (near metro station)
NP : Immediate to 30 days
Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Industry : Automobile, Engineering, Manufacturing
Shift timing : 10 AM to 6.30 PM (5 days in a week)
Fixed weekoffs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates for non-IT positions.
- Maintaining the database of candidates
- Sourcing candidates using different job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Social media, Resume database etc,.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
