Eligibility:
MBA (HR) – Freshers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of Micro and Macro functions
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidate profiles through various job portals
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
