Burson is looking for a Manger– Digital Marketing, who will be responsible for determining the digital strategy for the firm’s marketing initiatives and shall take full responsibility for all online content, posted from the official company owned channels. The individual will lead digital evangelization initiatives with the leadership of the firm.
The purpose of this role is to have an impact on the Burson Group India brand through progressive online marketing strategies across all digital media. He/she will be responsible for getting visibility through the use of social media, as well as select online media opportunities, while promoting Burson Group India’s online branding at partnership and sponsorship events.
What You'll Do
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media and advertising communication campaigns, in consultation with the Head - Marketing Communications.
Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence
Updates on events, news, posts, pictures, videos, thought leadership on various social media platforms for Burson Group India.
Identify opportunities to harness digital channels to deliver increased traffic to Burson Group India’s owned media channels
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify and implement new digital and social media trends.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insight
Ensure Compliance
Manage the internal network of content authors to ensure that our website and social media presences meet high editorial, usability and effectiveness standards.
Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends in consumer interaction with digital technology and inspire the organization with those possibilities.
Experience That Contributes To Success
4+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing communications, with a strong understanding of identifying target audiences.
Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Persuasive, enthusiastic, and tenacious, with a proactive approach to challenges.
