Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop recruitment strategies for technical hiring requirements in collaboration with hiring managers.
✅ Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels and platforms.
✅ Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
✅ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer management.
✅ Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
✅ Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records and reports.
✅ Provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders and HR teams.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market insights.
✅ Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and hiring guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
🔹 1–5 years of recruitment experience.
🔹 Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
🔹 Experience in technical hiring is mandatory.
