We are looking for passionate IT Recruiters with hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and strong sourcing skills on Naukri.
📌 What You’ll Do:
Source and screen candidates via Naukri & other platforms
Conduct telephonic interviews
Schedule & coordinate interviews with clients
Negotiate offers and close positions
Maintain accurate candidate records
📌 What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of IT recruiting experience
Strong experience in C2H hiring
Excellent communication & multitasking skills
Ready to work from office in Chennai
Available for F2F interviews between 29th–31st July
