🔍 What You'll Do:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT roles
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring teams
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships
✅ What We’re Looking For:
1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment
Good understanding of IT skills, job roles, and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster
🌟 Good to Have:
Experience using ATS tools
Exposure to both contract and permanent hiring
Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
