We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Australia Recruiter responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for the Australian market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Australian hiring practices, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements.
Job Description:
· 1–7 years of recruitment experience (Australia hiring preferred)
· Strong knowledge of Australian job market and hiring practices
· Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, etc.
· Excellent communication
· Delivery Lead - plays role of a IC and Team Lead.
