🔎 Job Summary
We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of IT technologies and experience sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients
✔ Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri.com, Monster, and professional networks like LinkedIn
✔ Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluation
✔ Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews
✔ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
✔ Handle salary negotiation and offer management
✔ Stay updated with IT hiring trends and technologies
🎯 Requirements
✔ 1 – 7 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Domestic)
✔ Good understanding of Software Development,( React , angular , java, Python, sap, PHP, ) Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, and Cybersecurity roles
✔ Experience sourcing candidates from job portals and social media platforms
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
