Responsibility:
Handling end-to-end employee onboarding process
Drafting and managing offer letters and employment documents
Managing employee grievance redressal with empathy and effectiveness
Supporting core IT operational processes and compliance
Ideal Candidate:
1–3 years of experience in IT operations
Strong communication and documentation skills
Proven experience in grievance handling
Passionate about creating smooth and positive employee experiences
