We are seeking applications for the position of IT Finance Support Analyst for our Noida/Faridabad/Bangalore Location.
Missions/Main Duties
The IT Finance Support Analyst will report hierarchically to the IT Business Lead both working for the CFO of the Design & Build International Finance Directorate and functionally to the IT Finance director at group level.
The scope of entities to cover: Middle East and India.
He/She will address the works related to various IT Finance projects and support for end users on applications.
His/her Competencies In Finance Or In IT Projects Will Be Useful To Better Understand Finance Needs And Realize The Following Missions
Finance solutions Project:
Collect and define local finance needs of finance solutions.
Coordinate with group IT Finance solution for any opportunity and feasibility studies of the solution.
Follow group process in terms of stage gates milestones (process to deploy for IT solution)
Formalize the requirements for the change requests to discuss with group IT teams (Finance solution and BI solution).
Document user manuals, create user acceptance testing scenarios, and manage process workflows.
Coordinate the tests and assist users on the test for the new features or new solutions implemented.
Train the local users to use the news features or the new solutions implemented.
Collect the bugs and follow-up with group IT teams for their resolution.
Ensure that the use of the IFS system complies with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
User assistance and support:
Provide support for finance-related tasks and ERP system issues.
Conduct training sessions for users on ERP functionalities and updates.
Profile/Skills
OFILE
Number Of Years Of Experience
3-4 years of experiences in either finance roles or ERP SUPPORT
Technical Competencies
Qualification in Finance/ Accounting or Business Administration; ERP certification preferred
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Knowledge of business processes, particularly in finance and project management
Understanding of ERP implementation methodology
well versed in documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals and UAT scenarios
proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
Familiarity with IFS accounting software or other ERP systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
