Burson India is seeking an Inside Sales Executive for our Gurugram office. The role involves pre-sales activities, client servicing, new business development, collections, and the generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
What You'll Do
Lead generation.
Processing timely inbound enquiries.
Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking performance and targets.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely collection of payments.
Liaise with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
Maintain an up-to-date client and lead database in CRM tools.
Experience That Contributes To Success
Graduate or postgraduate degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
0–1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or tele-sales roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
