Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end hiring across tech, digital, and business functions.
Draft job descriptions, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Facilitate onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee data, attendance, and HRMS records.
Coordinate payroll inputs, leaves, and performance cycles.
Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and company policy standards.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Resolve queries and act as a trusted HR partner for the team.
Plan activities, celebrations, and wellness programs to build morale.
4. Performance & Policy Implementation
Support performance review frameworks and feedback cycles.
Maintain and update policies, SOPs, and HR documentation.
5. Learning & Development
Identify team skill gaps and organize learning programs.
Collaborate with department heads to design upskilling initiatives.
š§© What Weāre Looking For
Bachelorās or Masterās degree in HR, Business, or related field.
1ā4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles (preferably in tech or digital industries).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on with HRMS tools, MS Office / Google Workspace.
A people-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
