Manpower report up-dation on daily basis,
Employees master data up-dation.
EPF & ESI Statutory requirement Compliances.
HR budget vs. Actual expense variance analysis.
Responsible for employee on-boarding and Induction.
Implementation of HR policies.
Handling of shift activities.
General Admin activities monitoring.
Shop floor operator recruitment (Trainees/NEEM/NAPS)
Responsible for separation process and preparation of full and final settlement.
HR MIS reports preparation.
Handling of Employees grievance
TPM activities
Employees insurance claim
Knowledge (Technical / Functional)
Pay roll management
EPF & ESIC
Skills

Qualifications
MBA-HR / MSW
Experience
2-5 years.
