* Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management & Retention.

* Recruitment planning, budgeting, tracking & forecasting.

* Onboarding, induction & orientation programs.

* Employee engagement initiatives.

* Coordinating training programs with external faculties.

* Driving HR/Admin SOPs and policy-making.

* Supporting HR & management requirements as assigned.
