Job Summary:
* Managing associates relation and Queries .
* Assist with selection ,Hiring ans training personnel
•Maintain Associates records and update as needed
•Facilitate communication breakdown reporting manager and Associates
•Collaborate with Associate and maintain the associates matter like Grievances,Counselling,leave policy .
•Responsible for block visit collecting the attendance and grievances
•co ordinate with team work for Audit support and uniform
