What you’ll do:
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment (focus on Banking & Technical roles)
✔ Build strong talent pipelines across tech and non-tech positions
✔ Partner closely with hiring managers to meet business needs
What we’re looking for:
✨ 1–5 years of recruitment experience
✨ Strong sourcing, screening & communication skills
✨ Experience hiring for SaaS/IT/Banking tech roles preferred
✨ Chennai-based (WFO mandatory)
