We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct candidate screening and initial HR interviews.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer discussions, document collection, and joining formalities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Achieve recruitment targets within the required timelines.
Maintain regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.
