Job Description: Understanding the requirement job description, develop innovative sourcing strategies. Postings in job portals, networking sites, blogs, groups, etc. Profile search and sourcing in portals, networking sites, groups etc. Initial phone screening, short-listing profiles, scheduling them for client interviews. Negotiating & help clients in finalizing offers and regular follow-up with selected candidates till joining. Generating and presenting recruitment MIS. Get trained in following areas: Networking Skills, Cold Calling, Internet Research, Talent Mapping, Candidate Engagement, Client-Candidate Relationship Management.
