Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct HR telephonic interviews.
Assess candidates based on communication skills, technical fit (basic level), experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary within the approved budget and assist in offer discussions.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting hiring timelines.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and hiring decisions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Good knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Basic negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Good proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or corporate hiring will be an added advantage.
