Timings: 10AM – 7PM | Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Bulk hiring for BPO, field, and sales roles
✅ Source candidates via job portals, social media & referrals
✅ Organize job fairs, walk-ins, and screenings
✅ Coordinate interviews & ensure smooth onboarding
✅ Maintain hiring trackers & candidate documentation
Who Can Apply:
✔ 6months–3 years experience in recruitment / bulk / field hiring
✔ Freshers with strong communication skills welcome
✔ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
✔ Knowledge of BPO or field hiring is a plus
