💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year
🏭 Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end Client for manufacturing requirements
* Maintain the employee Shift attendance for the assigned client
* Screen and shortlist lineup candidates
* Coordinate interviews and support for Payroll process.
Candidate Profile:
* Any Graduate / MBA HR / MSW preferred
* Minimum 1 year of HR Recruitment or Site supervisor experience
* Manufacturing/Industrial recruitment experience preferred
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of Naukri/Indeed/other recruitment platforms will be an advantage
