Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates viajob portals, Linkedln & social platforms
- Conduct HR screening 8. coordinate technical interviews
- Maintain ATS / candidate trackers
- Collaborate with hiring managers on technical requirements
- Assist in onboarding & employer branding activities
Who We‘re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in Recruitment
- Bachelor's degree / MBA (HR) preferred
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with MS Office & ATS tools
