We're urgently looking for HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
- Building relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet our hiring goals
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency recruitment tools
