About the Role:
Are you a recent graduate passionate about starting your career in Human Resources? We are hiring freshers for the role of Trainee – HR Operations to support our growing HR team in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Maintain and update employee records & documentation
🔹 Assist in scheduling inductions/orientations for new joiners
🔹 Coordinate with Admin/IT for onboarding requests (ID cards, email setup, assets)
🔹 Follow up with background verification vendors, track progress & update BGV tracker
🔹 Update employee details in HRMS/HRIS systems
🔹 Support in organizing HR activities and events (birthdays, celebrations, wellness sessions
