We’re expanding our team at Paytm and looking for HR Operation executive for our POS/EDC retail sales vertical.

📍 Location: Bangalore

📌 Experience Required: 1+ years in a relevant domain

🎓 Eligibility: Graduation (mandatory)

🌐 Preferred Backgrounds: HR recruitment / HR Operation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new vendor leads (Recruitment Agencies and Consultancies) through social media, employee referrals, and networking.

2. Manage end-to-end documentation and vendor onboarding.

3. Maintain and update the Vendor Performance Dashboard and Internal Job Portal Hiring Dashboard.

4. Handle the backend shortlisting process.

5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors through regular interactions.
