Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Manage day-to-day HR operations
✅ Support employee onboarding/offboarding
✅ Maintain HR systems and records
✅ Assist in policy implementation, compliance, Tax invoice, Challan Generation and grievances.
✅ Collaborate on employee engagement and development initiatives
What We're Looking For
🔹 Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
🔹 Excellent communication & organizational skills
🔹 Experience in Documentation, EPF, ESIC, Tax invoice, Attendance management and background verification.
🔹 A people-first mindset with attention to detail
