✅ 0–5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development
✅ Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
✅ Passion for continuous learning and continuous improvement
✅ Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership
✅ Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English (spoken & written)
✅ Experience in the Apparel/Textile industry will be an added advantage
