What You'll Do
✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
✅ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
✅ Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
✅ Manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers
✅ Post job openings across various platforms
✅ Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
✅ Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Who Can Apply?
🎓 Bachelor's degree or MBA (HR) – Pursuing or Completed
🌟 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment processes
