Looking for dynamic candidates with knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing & Boolean search. Role includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews & maintaining ATS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & social media
* Build strong candidate pipeline
* Screen & shortlist resumes
* Coordinate interview scheduling
* Maintain ATS & candidate database
* Support timely hiring closure.
Required Skills:
* Master’s degree in HR or related field
* 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
* Knowledge of job portals & LinkedIn sourcing
* Basic understanding of Boolean search
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment
