Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Executive with 1 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support various human resource functions such as Payroll, Statutory Compliance, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monthly payroll processing, attendance verification, and salary input coordination
Handle PF & ESIC compliance including employee registrations, updates, and monthly filings
Support employee engagement activities such as events, celebrations, and internal communication
Manage employee grievances by recording issues, coordinating with concerned departments, and ensuring timely resolution
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS updates
Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Assist in preparing basic HR reports and MIS data
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
1 years of relevant HR experience
Must handle 250+ employees
Good knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
