🔹Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end coordination of background checks for new hires
* Liaising with third-party BGV vendors and internal stakeholders
* Verifying educational, employment, address, and criminal history
* Escalating red flags and maintaining detailed documentation
* Supporting onboarding processes linked to BGV
🔹What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
* 0 – 3 years of experience in HR operations or BGV handling
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* Familiarity with Excel, HRMS tools, and compliance standards
