We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator (HRC) to join our HR Operations team!

🧭 Experience Required: 1+ years in HR Operations / Shared Services

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in HR operations or global/shared services
• Proficiency in Excel, dashboards & reporting tools
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a process improvement orientation
🛠️ Principal Responsibilities:
* Coordinate onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
• Track and manage employee Time & Attendance, follow-ups and reporting
• Collect and consolidate payroll inputs (earnings, deductions, attendance)
• Maintain secure, audit-ready digital records for all HR documentation
• Support implementation of HR policies and handle employee grievance resolution
• Coordinate exit formalities: documentation, clearance, and exit letters
• Manage updates related to employee benefits (additions, deletions, changes)
• Ensure compliance with data protection policies and HR data security
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver consistent employee experiences
• Identify process gaps and support improvement initiatives with global teams
